'Hotel Mania' is located at the start of the 'Chiflic' resort, at 15 km Southwest of the town of Troyan, at the foot of the unique peak 'Kozya stena'. It is situated along the upper river valley of Beli Osum river amongst thick forests and picturesque landscape with alpine character.

The Monasteries of Troyan and Zelenikovo are very near as well as the historical Troyanski passage, the Natural Science Museum of Cherni Osum and also the place called Beklemeto (1320 m above sea level), which offers wonderful conditions for winter and summer tourism. Here you can find the best track for biathlon and ski-running which is approved by the international biathlon and ski organizations FIBA and FIS with length of 2, 3, 5, 7 and 10 km.
